Venice once again welcomed one of the world’s premier international boating trade events, held at the historic Arsenale — a powerful symbol of the Serenissima Republic’s naval dominance and a centerpiece of its centuries-old maritime heritage.
The show highlights cutting-edge design and innovation, with a strong focus on electric, hybrid, and hydrogen propulsion systems, as well as traditional lagoon shipbuilding — a true gem of the city’s amphibious identity.
The event features a wide array of attractions, including:
- Conferences, presentations, and themed discussions;
- An E-Village dedicated to electric boats competing in the E-Regatta;
- Art exhibitions, installations, guided tours, and educational workshops for children;
- Water trials, sporting competitions, and regattas;
- Showcases of design, craftsmanship, nautical technology, and marine furnishings;
- Refreshment areas offering Venetian specialties, bars, and branded merchandise.
The Venice Boat Show is promoted by the Municipality of Venice and organized by Vela S.p.A., in partnership with the Italian Navy.
