Established in 2006 by Nihan de Pessôa-Pardellas, Ultramar Yachts began as the exclusive representative of some of the world’s most prestigious yacht brands in Türkiye. With 14 years as the exclusive representative of Riva Yachts and 8 years as the exclusive representative of Mangusta Yachts, Ultramar established a boutique consultancy recognized for personalized service, discretion, and long-term client relationships.

In 2020, Ultramar made the strategic decision to transition from yacht brand representation to an independent yacht and superyacht consultancy, enabling the company to focus on larger yachts, superyachts, and custom new-build projects while representing clients with complete independence.

Since then, Ultramar has advised clients on the purchase, sale, and construction of some of the world’s finest yachts and superyachts.

Today, Ultramar maintains long-standing relationships with Riva, Mangusta, and many of the world’s leading shipyards, renowned designers, and industry professionals across the international yachting industry.
