Lehmann Maupin Gallery – Five in Istanbul

Between the dates 27 October – 20 November, 2010 Lehmann Maupin Gallery Made its Istanbul Debut with Five in Istanbul: Curated by Isabella Icoz, featured works by a selection of Lehmann Maupin’s internationally acclaimed artists including Hernan Bas, Teresita Fernández, Tracey Emin, Tony Oursler, and Jennifer Steinkamp. Five in Istanbul partners were Borusan Muzik Evi, Kendris Private LTD., Van Daalen & Cie, and the hospitality partners were The Sofa Hotel, and Riva in Turkey. Following the openning cocktail of the exhibition, a dinner event was organized for the Lehmann Maupin guests in Les Ottomans Hotel. Before and after the dinner event the guests had the opportunity to make sea trials with the most elegant objects of the sea, the legendary Riva Yachts.
