About Us
Ultramar is an international boutique consultancy built on more than two decades of trusted relationships across yachting, luxury real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle services. Today, through Ultramar Yachts, Ultramar Homes, and Ultramar Concierge, the company serves an international clientele seeking expertise, discretion, and highly personalized service.
Founded in 2006, Ultramar was established as the exclusive representative of Riva Yachts in Türkiye. Over the following years, the company exclusively represented some of the world’s most prestigious yacht brands, including Riva Yachts for 14 years and Mangusta Yachts for 8 years, while establishing a boutique consultancy recognized for personalized service, discretion, and long-term client relationships.
In 2020, Ultramar made the strategic decision to transition from yacht brand representation to an independent yacht and superyacht consultancy, allowing the company to focus on larger yachts, superyachts, and custom new-build projects while providing clients with completely independent advice and representation.
Ultramar continues to maintain long-standing relationships throughout the international yachting industry, including with Riva, Mangusta, as well as many of the world’s leading shipyards, renowned designers, and industry professionals. These relationships enable the company to provide clients with exceptional access, industry insight, and highly personalized guidance throughout every stage of the purchase, sale, and new-build process.
Prior to founding Ultramar, its founder, Nihan Ertürk de Pessôa-Pardellas, worked in luxury real estate on Fisher Island, Miami (2004–2006), gaining valuable experience and establishing long-standing relationships with developers, property owners, and professionals across the luxury real estate, yachting, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. Many of these relationships continue today and remain an integral part of Ultramar’s international network.
Building on its international experience and trusted global network developed over more than two decades, Ultramar expanded into luxury real estate with the launch of Ultramar Homes.
As the natural evolution of its journey, Ultramar introduced Ultramar Concierge, leveraging its international experience, trusted global network, and long-standing relationships to deliver personalized luxury travel and lifestyle services worldwide.
