(“Ultramar”), in our capacity as Data Controller pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), and in accordance with our Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, we hereby inform you that we take all necessary legal, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard your privacy within the scope of collecting, processing, transferring, deleting, destroying, or anonymizing your personal data and special categories of personal data.
Through this statement, we aim to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for data collection, and your rights under applicable legislation.

Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and limited to the purposes specified in our Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, for the following purposes:

- Creating sales records in the system and conducting financial transactions, including invoicing activities
- Ensuring authorized representatives contact you regarding the relevant model or service
- Customizing and recommending products and services based on your preferences and needs
- Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and related parties
- Determining and implementing our business and commercial strategies
Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to domestic or international business partners, suppliers, and service providers from whom we receive services, as well as to legally authorized public institutions and private entities when required for compliance with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or protection of the Company’s rights.

V. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data subjects, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of such correction to third parties
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and to request notification of such action to third parties
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data
If you wish to exercise your rights, you may submit your written request, including documents verifying your identity and a clear explanation of the right you wish to exercise, either in person, via registered mail, or by email to our Company’s official contact addresses. Your request will be evaluated and concluded within thirty (30) days at the latest, in accordance with KVKK.
As a rule, no fee will be charged; however, if the transaction requires additional costs, a fee may be requested in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
